During our exclusive presale, you can secure your tickets or passes at a special introductory rate without picking a specific date yet. Once our official booking calendar goes live (closer to our Grand Opening on June 14th), you will receive a unique code via email. You can use this code to easily select your preferred day and time slot on our website at no extra cost. All presale tickets remain valid for the entire season.
Every booking includes a personal welcome and briefing at our comfortable glamping basecamp, full access to premium-quality equipment, and a cold refreshment from our basecamp. There are no hidden fees or extra charges for standard gear—everything you need for a safe and immersive outdoor experience is completely covered in the ticket price.
Nature is beautiful in all kinds of weather, so our outdoor activities generally run rain or shine. We highly recommend dressing appropriately for the day's conditions. However, in the event of extreme or dangerous weather (such as heavy storms or lightning) where safety in the forest cannot be guaranteed, we will contact you to reschedule your booking entirely free of charge.
We recommend wearing comfortable outdoor clothing suitable for the weather and sturdy, closed-toe footwear (like hiking shoes or sports sneakers). Since our experiences utilize digital guidance, at least one person in your group should bring a fully charged smartphone. All other physical materials, tools, and specialized gear will be provided at the basecamp.
Yes! Our activities are designed to bring people together, making them perfect for families, friends, and team-building events. While younger children are always welcome to join the adventure, our experiences are generally best enjoyed by participants aged 4 and up. Please check the specific product description for exact group sizes and age recommendations.
We care deeply about the local environment and operate strictly under "Leave No Trace" principles. We do not use permanent signs or leave any plastic behind.
